If the user has 2 subscription items with 2 different cycles (eg 2 months / 3 months), it shows doubled shipping rate. To avoid this is there a way to use Shopify flow to add new shipping rates or shipping discounts to the cart? Or is there a way to do it from Shopify scripts? How I can check if the user has subscription item in the cart. Thanks for your help.

Hi Flow does not work in the cart. You may have better luck with Scripts or a Checkout extension.
