To ensure that merchants have a good experience, we expect the follow:
- You attempt to answer the poster's questions
- Any mention of your app is related to how the merchant might use it in or with the Shopify Flow product
You should not:
- Post about your app as an alternative to using Flow. This leads to a poor experience for merchants, who are not getting answers about how to do their automations in Flow.
- Post answers generated by AI when you have not checked the validity of the answer
You can:
- Include information about yourself and your app in your signature.
