Guest checkout with subscription, what next?

Guest checkout with subscription, what next? If there any way how we can ask them to enter password to create account if user has checkout with subscription product? So they will be able to login and manage his subscription setting? We dont want make required account creation during purchase as it will impact on our sale rate. We dont want ti send email with account activation as customers ignore them.

When you enable customer accounts, Shopify stores password-protected information about a customer's identity, order history, and current order status. Your customers' details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout. To use customer accounts you need to have the Online Store sales channel.

Yes, we already have account store, we have enabled account for our website. But we dont want make it required to create account during purchase, as it will impact on our sale rates. We would like first, got the money then give users very handy way to create account, with only password fields as we already know they information. And we would liek to show this form only after purchase. And maybe only if user has a subscription in order.
