That whole line of text is under order / events / message (as are all the rows in that timeline).

If you want an individual field, which one? 

There is an "update order note" action

Thank you for your response. From what I see, the data I want to extract to fill into the Note belongs to TimelineComment. How can I filter and retrieve this COD data ?

I use "flow" to retrieve the necessary information, as shown in the image below.

Can you tell me if a dev extension flow can be used on a plan store? I created an extension trigger that works on the dev store, but when I install it on the plan store, it doesn't appear. Do we need to publicize the app to use it on a plan store?

Yes. You should be able to test quickly by putting it in log output and running the workflow manually again an order in your shop
