How can I automatically generate a packing slip with Flow?

Hello,

I would like to automatically generate & email a packing slip whenever an order is placed. The email would go to our fulfillment partners. 

I have not been able to find an app that can do this. failing that, I turned to Shopify Flow. But as far as I can tell, "generate packing slip" is not an "action" within Shopify Flow. It seems like would be (?) Has anyone else tried to do this and figured out how?

I don't think there is an API to make a packing slip, so you would need to build the packing slip yourself. I don't think this would be terribly difficult if you are familiar with Liquid. I'm not sure how you would send that packing slip to your fulfillment provided. Assuming it's by email, you could use Send Internal Email for that.
