Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
I am looking to create a flow to automatically approve return requests so our customers don't have to wait to receive return instructions.
I need to set up the flow with conditions, the order was delivered within the previous 14 days and the order value was more than €0. And then if the return request meets these parameters that it is approved and the email is sent to the customer with our returns form pdf.
Hi @Alex9427, we have a few triggers and templates for managing returns. You can probably use a Return requested then a condition that matches your criteria but sending an email to the customer may require a third-party action as Flow doesn't have a native action for transactional emails.
