How do I integrate a delivery panel into my online store?

I am trying to integrate a delivery panel to My store. For that they are asking me for following information:

Customer ERP Name *

Customer IP address *

Customer Port Id *

Customer Domain Name *

Interface Type * (Customise/Standard)

Data Exchange Frequency *

File Format * (CSV/JSON/TXT/XLS/XML)

Transmission * (AS2/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS/SFTP) Interface Lifespan *

Can anybody please help me in getting this information?
