Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
When someone orders kitchen knives from my website in the UK, it is meant to send an additional email to the customer, however the flow cuts off at the tag. The kitchen knife products have the tag "KNIFE-EMAIL" which I have linked as a variable here.
This is shows the problem here, I am not exactly sure what is wrong as the product ordered has the tag "KNIFE-EMAIL"
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem, and why it

Hi @lukafernada 👋 make sure you are checking the PRODUCTs tags and not the orders tags. the products are of the line items in an order.
And make sure there is no extra spaces.
And as a redundancy for human error in data entry, etc you may want to make such automations check for lowercase and uppercase versions of tags, or make sure the comparison of tags is not case sensitive.
