I'm trying to set up an automation to receive an email whenever someone abandons a shopping cart from a specific country.
The issue is that I can only find a country variant designated for the country that appears in the customer profile. Some customers don't create a customer profile but simply fill out their address during checkout.
Does anyone know if there's any possibility of creating an automation that retrieves the address information that the person wrote during checkout?

Hi,
In the Flow workflow builder, you have access to the Customer information. You can build a condition using Customer.address.country.

Yes, I understand that I can use the variant Customer.address.country. However, that variant pertains to the client profile and not to the address they enter during checkout, correct? People can enter their address at checkout without creating a client profile, and I need a variant for the address entered during checkout.

I can build this automation for you using our app mesa if you're open to a 3rd party app. This is a related workflow template for abandoned carts, but I could tweak that to email instead.
