How to automatically hide out-of-stock products after two weeks?

Hi everyone,

we're looking to create a flow that hides any sold out products which have been sold out for longer than 2 weeks and are not of the two most recent seasons (talking fashion drops).

We've failed to find a solution for this or any free apps (we exceed the product limit for free plans).

Do you have any suggestions or ways how to create such a flow?
