Hi,
I have set up a workflow to receive the draft order email template to my sales inbox when a customer presses "quote" in the checkout.
The issue is I now receive via email both the draft email template and the order confirmation template when a customer places an order.
My flow is below, can anyone help with this issue please? Confirming when the customer chooses the quote button I only receive the draft email template as set up.
Those emails are completely separate from one another and trigger at different times. Also, Flow currently does not send the Order confirmation email, so I don't think you can control the second email currently from the same workflow.
