Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
Using Shopify Flow I am attempting to do the following:
If a customer orders 'Product-01' they must purchase something from what will eventually be a list of products, but for now is Product-02. If they don't purchase an item from Product-02, when having purchased Product-01, then In an ideal world the order would NOT be charged, and manual capture would have to occur. If that world isn't in Flow, then mark the item as HOLD (and perhaps other things.)
I'm 100% sure I've got this set up wrong, but at least it will let you know where I am starting from. In the second image you can see what steps Flow looked at. For that order both Product-01 and Product-02 were purchased, but the order was marked with a Fulfillment hold. If both products are there, then it should allow the order to proceed as it normally would.
Could someone point me in the right direction on what I missed?
And I forgot to mention the (D#xxxxx) is a variant produced when the item is purchased. I'm using Dynamic Product Options plugin, which uses variants to fill the order.
I would have thought the "includes" would look for "Product-01" in the longer string of text "Product-01 With Basket (D#sdfasd)"
Hi, at a glance it seems like it's a problem on how the second condition is defined. Can you share a screenshot of the setup panel for the conditions or send me some info about the workflow and store in a private message? Thanks

Did you get this working? I have a few products that require an additional large-item packing surcharge from the shipper, and because all competitors list it separately I can't just roll it into my pricing or it would make us appear uncompetitive, so I have that listed as a variant and big red text on the product page that it must also be added to cart when purchasing. Having some sort of order tagging, alert email to staff, or followup before fulfilling would be super helpful and save us some expensive oversights when the customer order contains the big item without the surcharge item added.
