Internal Email using {{abandonment.cartUrl}} in message body returns empty message

My flow is meant to email a URL of {{abandonment.cartUrl}}, but it's sending an empty message. Any clues on what is wrong with the setup? I would like access to the specific Abandoned Cart so I can determine if a product in the cart has incorrect dimensions or weight.

Hi there,
The liquid you have provided seems to be correct. I would expect it to show up in the email body as long as the Abandonment that triggered the workflow run has a cartUrl. If 'abandonment.cartUrl' does not have a value (which could happen when the Abandonment that triggered the workflow did not involve a cart), then it would lead to the empty message you are describing.
