Is it possible to use shopify flow to provide automated discounts for email subscribers?

I'm not super happy with my discount/loyalty apps. I get a lot of questions on how to use them so I assume my customers aren't super happy either.

I want to provide all email subscribers with a 10% discount automatically. This is not currently possible with the native shopify. You can offer discount codes based on customer segment but not an automatic discount based on customer segments (which seems like an oversight but whatever).

I would like to use shopify flow to check if a customer is an email subscriber and then auto-discount their entire order at checkout. Is this possible?

If you are on Shopify Plus Plan then you can create a script to apply the discount automatically.
