Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
We recently updated the abandoned cart email to be sent to all customers on November 29, 2024. However, 19 people abandoned their carts last month from meta ads. Those people are not showing on the abandoned checkout list. Is there a way we can see those people and is it possible for them to receive the abandoned cart email that was recently updated?
Not currently because there is no way to run Flow against the Abandonment in the Admin (like your can with Orders).
