Post Order Email Flow - Missing Customization

Hello!

We offer customized items on our website and we do offer the items through Shop App, which means sometimes orders come through without customization. I'm trying to figure out how to setup a Flow to use the following logic:

 

  • Order has come in from a specific channel (Shop App or Meta)
  • If specific product type is in the order (Product Type B)
  • Bonus point if I can also specify that there are no order notes

I would like to automate sending out an email to these customers through Shopify to follow up and request customization information. Right now we manually send out emails and it's pretty taxing.

 

If anyone also has any idea of any post purchase app or software that can add customization information to a customer's order automatically, that would be amazing as well.

Can't email customers with flow unless they've given marketing consent.

Is there a way to flag Klaviyo to do it through a flow?

Possibly. Have done this kind of thing with our app mesa but not sure off hand. I think that if you did a klaviyo track event call with a metric you could tie a klaviyo flow to that.
