Product in abandoned cart has been discounted - Email

Hello,

Is there any way I can implement this flow? In the case of an abandoned cart, and that cart has a product that suddenly has a discount, I wan't to send an email to the customer notifying this. Is there an easy way to do it? Thank you

I don't think that info is available in the API, so not possible via Flow
