Setup for selling another business's products

We've come to an agreement with another small company to add their products to our website. They will give us a small discount and we will plug in all the product info/pricing. 

The other company uses Shopify as well. How can we put them into our system so that the payment for the product goes to them, and "X" percent or a flat fee goes to us? They are not a large company. It's all hand made metal art.

Any ideas are appreciated. I'm fairly technical but have not used Shopify much. Just need to know where to look etc
