Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
Hi all, looking for help to setup a shopify flow that:
Auto sends an email to customer if they have an order placed and paid for that has been unfulfilled for 7 days or more.
Have seen this discussed in other threads though I would like to continue using flow app and not another 3rd party option...

@PMowers unfortunately, Shopify flow will not send emails to customers if they have not given their consent for marketing activities.
@paul_n I see you have commented on a different thread a while back posting the following flow - i believe i am after something similar to this but i cannot figure out how to plot these segments. can you create a step by step method on how you can construct a flow for my problem. I'd be very grateful. Thanks
Flow does not have a free transactional email option, which is what you need to send custom emails to merchants. Several partners have built such actions (search for "email" and uncheck "Installed apps" in Flow). If you install their app then you can use those actions. You can also use Send HTTP request to send email over a service like SendGrid.
