Shopify flow condition based on order's created at date.

We have one scenario in which we need to check the order's createdAt date in Shopify Flow condition.
Flow is triggered on the order's fulfillment.

Currently, as per my overview in Flow's conditions, there is no order's created_at date present in the condition's dropdown.

Is there any workaround for this?
