¿Hola. Cómo están?

 

Espero que muy bien, quisiera pedir su ayuda, tengo una duda a la aplicación de shopify Flow. 

 

Hice un Flow, donde la idea principal es que cuando a los clientes se agregan los tag, se pueda enviar un correo electrónico de marketing, dándoles una bienvenida y condiciones de compra.

 

(Son clientes específicos a los cuales necesito que le llegue ese correo, es por ello que los identificados con dichos tag)

 

El punto es que lo configuré, pero probé conmigo misma haciendo una prueba tanto registrándome como cliente, y eliminando y volviendo a colocar los tag, y no recibí ningún correo. ‌ ‌😫

 

Alguien que me pueda ayudar se lo agradezco mucho, adjunto foto del Flow.

Sorry I'm replying in English as that's my only language I can provide support in.

 

In order to send marketing emails to customers, they must opt in to email marketing. It'd be worth checking to make sure your test customer has opted into marketing.

Hi Dave, I already have a platform for email marketing, but this application does not filter or activate customers through tags like Shopify does, which is why I use Shopify flow.

Hi @Patricia_10,

 

I think the challenge is outside of other platforms or filtering/activation. This action will only send the email if the customer has opted into marketing emails as a rule. If you're looking for something to do transactional emails that is not something supported by this action, but may be available through other Flow connectors.

Hello Dave, thank you for your help,

 

these clients actually fill out a special form where they agree to receive email marketing emails, it makes sense to me. (However, the test that I did with myself, when I filled out said form and the tags were added) I agreed to receive email marketing emails and still the flow email did not arrive.

 

Is it too much to ask that you can help me find another option within flow that can send transactional emails to clients once the tags are added?
