Shopify Flow for Shopify Forms

Hi All, Is there a way in FLOW so that when a customer enters detail in the Shopify Form, a flow is created and the script from the form can be sent to WhatsApp rather than email? Thank you

It's possible to start a workflow when a Shopify Form is submitted by using the Metaobject entry created trigger. The data from the metaobject entry can then be included in a message using Send internal email or Send Slack message actions but I'm not aware of any actions for sending Whatsapp messages.

There are a few third-party solutions for sending WhatsApp messages from Flow, including: Kaleyra, Dondy, bitCRM, Simio, and Chatomate.
