Shopify pixel app check out completed event not triggered

Hi Shopee team,

One of our customers is using a third-party checkout app (not listed on the Shopify app store). In this app, they can skip the checkout process and create an order directly from the product page to the order success thank you page. As a result, the order is created without a checkout token. During this process, we are unable to capture the order creation event on the Shopify pixel.
