Tag Guest Customer Accounts

Hi there, I would like to tag guest customer accounts when someone places an order. I thought I could use the template for tagging customers who have created an account, but change the Order Customer State from Enabled to guest account.

However, Order Customer State does not have guest account options. It has Declined, Disabled and Invited. 

Which option would be the equivalent to having a guest account, declined or disabled?

Update: I just published the flow to see what happens, and the Order Customer State set as Disabled successfully tags Guest Account orders! For anyone wondering.
