Update product status by date from metafield

Hello everyone!

Who can help me with the setup of this flow:
We want to set the status of products that have not been updated in the last 48 hours from Active to Draft and products that have been updated again from Draft to Active.

The products are provided with a current time stamp in the meta field during an update.

By "not updated" what do you mean? For example, does inventory count as an update?
