Updating Standard product type based on specific tag

Hi there!

I need to automate the process of assigning the standard product type of a newly added product based on if there is a specific tag. All of the tag / product info is set up in our inventory management system and pushed through as a complete product once ready to list and these is no standard product type field.

My solution is to set up a flow to update the Standard Product Type, filtered by tags, once the product is added to the store but I can't figure out the action to update this field.

Any ideas?
