Using product metafield for email address in Flow notification

I hold the vendor email address for each product in a metafield. I'd like to be able to use that metafield as the email address for a low inventory notification in Flow. Is this possible?  Or is there a better way to do this?

You can't email people outside your company using that action. That's why variables are prevented in the field. 

There are multiple apps that have built external email options for Flow. If you uncheck "installed" apps when looking for tasks, and search for mail or email you'll find a bunch.
