Using Workflow to change order status

Is it possible to create a workflow to change the order status to "fulfilled" when an order is tagged with "Store Pickup"?

Hi @ChocolateFactry ,

Anything is possible with us and Shopify custom apps. If you already have orders tagged with "Store Pickup" then we could make an app that let you set an internal status on that order and then take some action at the end or do nothing and let you fulfill the order in Shopify. It would be pretty straightforward to setup and takes a few days.
