What is the correct path to add the correct variable (for updating order.metafield)?

What is the correct path to add the correct variable in order for us to update the DELIVERYTIME metafield-key per product a customer ordered?
Or in other words, What is the code we need here to achieve that goal?

The flow works UNTIL the Action... We can't figure out how to add the correct variable, there are so many options to choose from, and nothing we tried before seems to work.

Fyi; Each product has a custom metafield (product.metafields.custom.levertijd) with unique delivery times that need to be visible in an order (order.metafields.custom.deliverytime). 

We hope somebody can help us with this. Even pointing us in the right direction is much appreciated! 🙏
