Why am I getting an error in my automation workflow?

Hello! 

I am trying to set up a workflow that will send an automated email to customers who buy specific products. I have set it up but am getting the error 

• Condition(s) in this workflow are not using matching array items. To resolve this, edit your nested criteria. Select the matching variable under the "Array items" header in the variable picker.

I have played around and looked online but cannot find a solutio

I believe there may be an error with the name you have entered. Could you please ensure that it is a single word? The name field should contain only a string.

This has unfortunately not resolved the issue- it turns up the same error message.

Thanks- I have changed the line to only be one item per automation. It says it worked but doesn't when we try it.
