Why am I getting high traffic but no sales on my online store?

I just don't understand, why I have so much traffic 😫 on my shopify store buy no sales, what shop I do at this point I think I have everything setup properly. I have Facebook ads and Google ads running but no sales  and my bounce rate was high on certain pages

In the meantime, I would love to share this great article that touches on this topic, it offers really great resources that you can look into in regards to your shop if you are getting traffic but not seeing many sales coming in. It walks you through questions you should be asking of your shop such as:

1. Is your main navigation easy to use?
2. Does your visual brand look professional?
3. Does your homepage have a clear call to action?
4. Does your website copy speak to your target audience?
5. Does your website look just as good on your mobile phone?
6. Are shoppers adding products to their cart?
7. Are shoppers abandoning their cart?
8. Is price or payment options stopping them from checking out?

These are great starting points to investigate your shop to ensure you are set up optimally for both traffic and sales. As mentioned above, I would be happy to take a closer look at your shop to see if I can offer any further suggestions after looking over it.

Marty gave a really nice overview what might be the issue that your customers are not converting. But I would also like to ask what is your cart abandonment rate? Do you follow if your customers get to the check out process but then decide to abandon their carts?

One of the main reasons for cart abandonment is hidden fees such as shipping costs and taxes. On the second place is necessity to create an account before making a purchase.
