Shopify Flow is an ecommerce automation platform that enables you to automate tasks and processes within your store and across your apps.
We have an automation set up that sends all of our shopify orders to a shipping service for fulfillment. We have no problem with standard orders coming from our website or from Tiktok. When orders come in through Meta though, the automation isn't catching them.
The original automation was:
Start when...order ready to fulfill
Check if...fully paid is equal to true
To this...send fulfillment request
since Meta doesn't release payment until fulfillment is started, I removed the second step so now the automation is:
Start when...order ready to fulfill
To this...send fulfillment request
It's still not catching the Meta orders. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Hi @WEIRD , would youmind sharing the workflow url so we can investigate further?

Hi. Did that link I provided work?
hi @WEIRD , it looks like the fulfillments are in the "ON HOLD" state when the orders are created. The "Order ready to fulfill" trigger only fires if the fulfillment holds are released. If you release the fulfillments on the orders, the workflows will be triggered.
