Why can I only add a customer tag, not an order tag, upon order creation?

Why i can just add a "customer tag" and not an "order tag" when an order is created?

Hope you are doing well.

You can add an order tag using Shopify flow. Please refer to the below-mentioned screenshot, I was able to configure the action to add an order tag.
