Why can't I download the app even after upgrading to the Advantage plan?

I'm unable to download the app even after upgrading to the Advantage plan. I've encountered an error message. I've reached out to Shopify support multiple times, and performed troubleshooting, and yet the issue persists.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, have you attempted installing this app from the Shopify Mobile App

 

While I see that you have attempted some local troubleshooting steps, I am not able to replicate the current issue. Due to this, I'd encourage you to try installing the Flow App directly from the Shopify mobile app. Additionally, I have also gone ahead and listed below a few other troubleshooting steps you can try to see if this helps to resolve: 

 

  • Ensure that all the browser's cookie preferences are not set to 'Block All Cookies'. 
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome or Firefox with cookies not blocked).
  • Try Another Device. 
  • Try Restarting your device.

 

If after attempting all of the steps outlined above, the issue persists, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.
