Why is my marketing email automation not working with Coupon X?

Hey 😊

Hoping someone might have an idea.

I have found that when a new customer signs up to marketing on my store, they are not getting my marketing email. I believe (could be wrong) this is because my customers are signing up using a 3rd Party App "Coupon X".

What I'm now trying to do, as I have discovered that Coupon X add 2 tags to new customers "Coupon X Widget & Coupon X Widget New Customer", so to create an automation where Customer created > Check if tag = "Coupon X Widget or Coupon X Widget New Customer" > Send Marketing Email, however when I go to turn on the workflow, I get an error saying Condition(s) in this workflow are not using matching array items. To resolve this, edit your nested criteria. Select the matching variable under the "Array items" header in the variable picker.

Does anyone have a suggestion or idea on why this might not be working?

Thanks in advance! 😍

I've just figured it out! I was playing around when I was taking some screenshots, and changed the condition from "is equal to" to "is at least one of".

Can you click on your condition and show how it is actually set up? Looks proper so far, but...

Usually that means you are looping over something the wrong way in your condition so seeing a screenshot of the condition is necessary to help
