Why is my order data not transferring to Excel from Shopify Flow?

I have setup a shopify workflow where whenever an order is received on our website, the order data will be automatically sent to an excel sheet. We weren't receiving the order data since 2 days though the flow history shows it is successful. I have checked there are no errors in the sheet URL or the variables that are been sent. Need some support to fix this
