Why is Shopify Flow run history showing errors?

I can't tell exactly what those screenshots are supposed to be illustrating. Can you describe what's happening?

Looking at the last image, if it's running for that long, then it likely it retrying. Most likely you are trying to pull too much data so it will eventually fail. FYI, at the trigger step the workflow hydrates any data you use from the trigger elsewhere in the workflow. So if it fails at the trigger, it means one of the steps is pulling too much. Usually this is an infinite loop somewhere. 

It might help to post your current code in that AI step.

As you see in the screenshot, no logs of the flow are shown.

I made a copy of the workflow, and it works fine now.

Regarding support, they are time-consuming, and their knowledge is so poor that they could be changed with GPT today. No need to wait longer. So I always think twice before writing there.
