WorkFlow 'end with' condition on 'Default Address ID' is not triggering

I'm building a Flow in which i want to include random decision for tagging users. For that we're using the Default Address global unique ID last digit (which acts close to random).

When testing the workflow the condition 'ends with' is not triggering the associated action although the id is structured as expected (see screenshots). 

Any help would be appreciated.
