Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I would like to know if it is possible for a customer to put items in a cart and send it as an enquiry rather than pay for the goods there and then? Basically we have some trade clients who would prefer to pay by bank transfer or on account.

There is actually an app Ergo that does exactly this - I'd recommend seeing if this would solve your use-case!

Hey @TWRCambridge 

You can create a customer segment in admin and give 100% automatic discount for these users.

Now user will able to place the order without any charge and later you can connect them for payment.
