Checkout "Reorder delivery options" - possible without Plus?

The page at https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/checkout/delivery-shipping/reorder-delivery-options doesn't explicitly say that Plus is required, but the surrounding pages and page on Shopify Functions do make it clear that its a Plus-only feature.

Can anyone confirm that Plus is required in order to use these delivery customisations?

See plan availability information for Functions here. 

All plans: Except as noted below, stores on any plan can use public apps that are distributed through the Shopify App Store and contain functions.

There are no additional restrictions for Delivery customizations at this time.
