Different shipping email notification for each country

Hi. I have a store that sells to Australia, the US and the UK. At the moment, the shipping email notification sends the tracking number with the Australia Post link. However, I would like to send a customized shipping email for orders from the US and the UK with different links. Is it possible to send different emails to each country?

You can perform the task two ways.

1. Can customise the order update notification based on customer country and assign the tracking details from an order metafield when country is non Australia.

It's limitation is you have to rely on Shopify action events.

2. Use a custom APP where you will perform the same logic but in easy manner because Shopify notification requires a event to trigger.

Have more questions request you to connect over the WhatsApp details in footer.

But using app will let you create own function and customise e-mail.

Since the requirement is very specific I doubt there could an existing app.
