Discount Code App can't be triggered

hi guys,

I recently added a discount code app to my store by using a custom application, I can test on my dev store and see log records from the extension detail page

Unfortunately, when I tried to install the app on our live store and created some discount codes, I go to the store and try to apply the created code, it doesn't work at all, just so invalid discount code.

No log record found inside the extension detail page.

I can make sure that the function ID is correct.

Did you guys face the same issue before, please let me know what we can do to fix the issue
