How do i hide GooglePay, ApplePay -> Accelerated/Express checkout buttons

Hi,

Its a technical question for Shopify function app developers.

I want to hide Goole Pay, Shop Pay in Express Checkout section.

In Shopify function I only get “Shopify Payments” method name but by hiding it, it also hides the Credit Card(associated with Shopify Payments method) in below payment section.

Any help would be appreciated.

We need this feature too, so people don't think express is the only way to pay. Huge potential conversion killer.

If any staff see this, please escalate this issue to devs, this is IMPORTANT.

In case you still need it.
Shopify has addressed the issue in the new Shopify "2024-07" API release. 
You can follow the instructions, and it should solve your issue.
