I am not able to create more than 1 automatic discount

I want to create three automatic discounts as we have a tiered bundle discount on our website

3 units - 10% discount

5 units - 15% discount

6 units - 20% discount

However, I can only create 1, and get the "Automatic discount activation failed because there is a limit on how many discounts can be active at the same time." error when trying to add more. But when I search for active automatic discounts, there are none other active.

@krilson As per your screenshot there is already automatic discount is running Buy 3 pairs, save 10% so you can't create another automatic discount.

Yes, but I want 3 automatic discounts to run at the same time, just as they already do on our danish shopify page:

Can you please check the date and time of this 3 automatic discounts so you will get the idea of causing. may be it will help!

start date is yesterday, and no end date. Please see the two discount codes for .com (which doesnt work for multiple automatic discounts) and the danish website (where they work just fine)

only difference, is that in the danish one there is a "combinations" field which I dont see on the .com website :S

Hi Krilson,

It's strange that there's no "Combinations" field available.

I'd bet that's the reason you can only have 1 automatic discount running in your .com store right now.

Does your .com store use any of the following?

• checkout.liquid
• Global-e app
• Licensify app

If so, then that's why you don't have a "Combinations" field.
