Hi,
I was about to launch my store when I realized I couldn't add to the cart/buy the product from my phone but it works well on my computer. Does anyone know what issue could that be?
Thank you.

This is an accepted solution.

Shouldn't be too hard to fix, but I'm also not sure what the repercussions of deleting the mobile button would be (surely there's a reason it was set up that way?).

It's also impossible to say how to fix it without having access to the theme code, but if you know a bit of dev, maybe use Dev Tools to locate the second "mobile button" and see the HTML used (look for IDs, classes etc. which can help you locate it) and find that in your product liquid templates.

Thanks! You seem to have two "Buy It Now" buttons; one on desktop (which works) and one on mobile (which doesn't).

I'm not sure why your theme is built this way, but maybe ask your developer or whoever set up the theme to delete the mobile one, and unhide the desktop one and just use one button (they seem almost identical anyway?).

Hard to give specific directions for you without seeing your theme liquid code, but hopefully you have a developer who can do this for you.

Hello,
Unfortunately, I got this theme from Discord and I have no clue how to solve this problem. Do you think it's an “easy fix” thing?  I’m in front of my theme liquid code right now.

I appreciate your attention and help so far.

I will give it a try and see, my partner knows a bit of coding and she told me something is definitely wrong in certain areas of the theme liquid code but she doesn't know what is missing.

I will check for some tutorials first, thank you for your attention and help!
