A merchant shared a payment customization error report and i received an email:
Yet, when i click the extensions dashboard there is no error shared by anyone, also, i should mention that the error report was shared less than 24 hours ago, so it definitely should have it saved. Is this a bug?

It turns out the merchant shared TODAY some error created something like 20 days ago. So when clicked the email, i entered the dashboard with the default filter of last 24 hours and it shows nothing, so i filtered for 30 days and then i was able to see the error report
