Need help with thank you page redirection to third party

I want to create a flow in such a way that when someone on checkout selects an option which in my case is PayPal as manual payment then the customer will be redirected after filling all info to thank you page and then I want them to be redirected to PayPal payment page for which have also written custom jQuery but not able to have the redirection working.

Any suggestions on how I can send them to PayPal payment page to make payment automatically when they reach to thank you page.
