organizing my product catalog

I need to simply change my products within the catalog, from Z to A. it is set as A to Z, as a default. is there a simple way to do this? apparently my theme is vintage, so I am told.

It is a very basic issue. Just need to reverse the order in the catalog (products) page, from Z to A. A to Z is the default.

@mlagallery please go you store backend and open the collection 
 and change sorting like image

It is NOT a collection I am trying to change. It is the entire catalog of products. 700 of them. That is the challenge.
