RuntimeError Occurring with Multiple Active Automatic Discounts

We have observed that our app users using automatic order discounts are encountering RuntimeError.

Shops experiencing this issue tend to have multiple active automatic discounts, while those with only 2-3 active discounts seem unaffected.

This problem became common today, and we don't deploy any new version function.

The function-runner metrics are also within the expected range.

Could this be caused by a new system limitation?

I think Shopify has already fixed the bug.

I have the same issue from last day. I do not know how to simulate it on my dev store and lot of merchants wrote me about it.

I tried also to recreate shopify functions in the newest shopify CLI, but it did not help too. Also wrote to shopify support about it, but with no answer until now. Do you think problem can be on shopify side?

Yes, I think this problem can be on shopify side
Because we didn't make any changes to the function code

There are no error logs in the dashboard.

We have seen an increase in erroneous RuntimeError failures in the last ~24hr, with an unknown exception error message. We’ve confirmed that they are unrelated to the Shopify CLI performance update. These errors should be mitigated at this point.

We saw some RuntimeErrors today with one merchant. No changes to the function for more than a week. Any other apps facing this still?
