Add a layout feature to uploaded files & apply two languages without app

want to add layout feature to the uploaded files for my customers as i attach below so they can edit the pictures they upload and custom them albums

Also i want to apply 2 languages to my online store without using app cuz apps doesn’t translate to arabic in the right way

Check Plak theme Arabic, you can use can have mutlilanguages store using langify app, and the theme automatically changes the layout according to LTR or RTL language being selected
